What are the red and green triangles?
These are the icons representing the exact position of each vehicle.
What is this blue line that has appeared?
The blue line represents the recent path that the selected vehicle has traveled.
How do I center on a vehicle, follow it and see its recent path?
Click once on the vehicles icon or choose the vehicle name from the drop-down box.
How do I stop following a vehicle?
Click anywhere on the map or choose another vehicle. However, dragging the map will not stop you following a vehicle.
How can I change how fast the vehicle positions are updated?
Each vehicle will send its location information every 30 minutes and this cannot be changed. However, as the location information from each car can be sent in at different times, the rate at which you update the positions of ALL the vehicles can be chosen in the "Refresh Time" drop-box.
How do I stop the locations from refreshing?
Select the "don't refresh" from the refresh rate selection. To start refreshing again, select the interval you wish to refresh at.
How can I see all the vehicles at once?
Press the "Zoom For All" button.
When I click on a vehicle, it doesn't center on them. What is wrong?
Double-clicking anywhere on the map will center the map in that position. When clicking on a vehicle icon, you should always use a single click. Otherwise, any small deviation from the centre of the icon will result in the map being centered away from the vehicle. This is especially the case when double clicking on an icon from a high zoom level.
